SUMMARY:International wine festival "Bolgrad Wine Fest"
DESCRIPTION:“We have a wine festival every day in Bessarabia\, but when we have guests\, like today\, it becomes international!”: Overheard yesterday at the international wine festival “Bolgrad Wine Fest”. \nCold November days – well\, you have to admit\, they were created to drink wine in good company at a huge table bursting with an abundance of comfort food! For our guests we have organized a small trip to the festival of the “new old world” wine. On November 9\, 2019\, for the ninth time\, the “Bolgrad Wine Fest” was held on the central square of Bolgrad. \nWe immersed our guests in the world of wine from a scientific point of view. In the unique laboratory of sensory analysis\, the only one in Ukraine\, they were taught to get real pleasure from wine\, using the rules of tasting and distinguishing tones in aromas and tastes. The next day\, we hit the road together with a professional sommelier\, who helped us to put into practice the knowledge gained in the laboratory. We were expected at the festival: photo sessions in folk costumes\, a dance battle\, tastings of meat delicacies\, craft cheeses\, and Bessarabian wines. \nWe thank all our partners for your hospitality and our guests for trusting us!
