     - juice of 1 lemon
- 100 ml olive oil
- oregano
- salt
      - Whisk the lemon juice with olive oil. Add salt, oregano and stir.
- Pour the sauce into a glass jar, close the lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
     
   Try adding 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic to this sauce, it adds a little spice and goes well with meat dishes.
